This is apropos of your message on my page regarding the funding request from Mr. Obaid Ur Rehman, Regretfully I had been unable to reply you sooner as I was waiting for recommendations from the Chairman Mechanical Engineering Department in this connection.
Well, Three Students from Third Year Mechanical Engineering Department namely Obaid Ur Rahman (Team Leader Paragon), Syed Ahsan Mustaqeem and Raja Seemab Khan participated in 4th National Design Build and Fly competition, which was organized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics GIKI Chapter and Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences. This team was lead by Assistant Professor Umair Najeeb Mughal.
This team secured 1st Position in Electric Powered RC Aircrafts Category and 2nd Position in Engine Powered RC Aircrafts. We also made 2 records ie, the shortest aircraft assembling time and shortest aircraft dissembling time. Furthermore for participation in AIAA DBFC USA teams are already in initial phase of formation and teams are not finalized yet. We are confident about representing NEDUET in this international event to uplift the image of our university. As far as the sponsorship request from Mr Obaid Ur Rehamn is concerned, it is supposed to believe that any such sponsorship request has to come to you officially through the Department and not from an individual. In the circumstances, therefore this funding request may be considered only if it is received through official sources.
I would request you to contact higher authorities and Chairman Mechanical Engineering Department ( fhasani@neduet.edu.pk ) at earliest regarding this issue & any future fundings.

Yeah NH's news is not wrong and when i heard in '07 and asked him about, he said "yes, all of us do mistakes but how many of us do own them and i've taken da ownership."

if you recall all the coloured Maimars, Young Engineers and Al-Hadeed from NEDSU-78 you wont find any difficulty in reacalling me! with kalim, Hasham, Usman Ghani . .. . NajeebHaroon was President and I was elected as Secy Publications. . .today again Najeeb chairs the board meeting of Principal and I m working as director here. .
Should i send my membership cheque to the NEDAASC address listed on this website.
Please let me know.
One more thing i also want to introduce one Pakistan based Engg consultancy to the members. If any one wants to outsource some design projects wholly or partially. This could be one way to help NED, NEDIANS and most importantly Pakistan.
